Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your booking to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your booking must be not used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the booking is defective or if you receive the wrong booking information, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable bookings
Certain types of bookings cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund after using the booking trip.
